Directions

The Fort at No. 4 is located 1.5 miles off Exit 7 of I-91.
After exiting, follow the signs to Charlestown, NH.
The Fort is 0.5 mile on the right on Rte. 11 after crossing the bridge.

From Springfield, MA area

• Take I-91 North to Exit 7, which is the Springfield, VT exit.
• Go East toward New Hampshire.
• Cross the bridge and continue straight.
• The Fort is on your right, less than 1/2 mile.

From Keene, NH area

• Take Rte 12 North through Walpole and Charlestown.
• Just past downtown Charlestown, turn left onto Rte. 11.
• The Fort is about 1/2 mile on the left.

From Concord, NH area

• Take I-89 North to White River Junction.
• Get on I-91 South to Exit 7 (Springfield, VT).
• Turn left and proceed over the bridge.
• Continue straight and the Fort is on your right about 1/2 mile.

From Boston area

• Take I-93 North to Concord, NH.
• Take I-89 North to White River Junction.
• Get on I-91 South to Exit 7 (Springfield, VT).
• Turn left and proceed over the bridge.
• Continue straight and the Fort is on your right about 1/2 mile.

OR

• Take I-93 North to Concord, NH.
• Take I-89 North to Exit 12 (New London, NH).
• Follow Rte 11 West to Charlestown, NH (about 40 miles).
• The Fort is about 1/2 mile on the left after Rte 11 diverges from Rte 12.

From Manchester, VT

• Follow Rte 11 to Charlestown, NH.
• Cross the bridge and continue straight.
• The Fort is on your right, less than 1/2 mile.
