What made Number 4 unusual?
That it was the edge of the woods? Yes, but....

That it was the only town where the fortification was not taken over by the (so called) enemy? True, but....

That is was the lone frontier town not burned to the ground in the winter of 1746-1747? Well, that and;

Number 4 had an unusual relationship with the local peoples.... Let us tell you more this weekend at Old Number 4.
