French & Indian War Encampment
June 3 &4

Sights and Sounds of the French and Indian War
 

Reenactors/Living Historians personifying British and French troops, rangers, militia, camp followers, Native Americans and sutlers gather to recreate events surrounding New England's involvement in the war.

Included during this two day event are tactical battle reenactments, open hearth and campfire cooking, blacksmithing, textile production, and colonial trades.

Saturday, June 3rd

  • 10:00 PM Gates open to the General Public
    (Admission Tickets Available Online or at Entrance)
  • 11:00 AM 18th Century Powder Horns with author Eric Bye
  • 1:30 PM Tactical Battle
  • 3:00 PM Baskets and more Baskets: A Look at the Baskets of the 18th Century
  • 4:30 PM the Fort Closes for the Day

Sunday, June 4th

  • 10:00 PM Gates open to the General Public
    (Admission Tickets Available Online or at Entrance)
  • 11:00 AM Morning Prayer Service
  • 1:30 PM Tactical Battle
  • 3:00 PM Camp Breaks
  • 3:30 PM the Fort Closes for the Day
